For the past 10 years, the Maceo H. Jones Foundation has continued the 36-year legacy of community service established by Ms. Maceo H. Jones—building upon her vision of compassion and care. Together, we now celebrate 46 years of giving and service.
This year, we’re honored to host the 46th Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner & Baskets Giveaway—our Signature Program and a cherished tradition that brings warmth, comfort, and hope to families during the holiday season.
What We Provide

Thanksgiving Meal Baskets with all the essentials for families to prepare a holiday meal at home.

Hot Thanksgiving Dinners (Delivered) to unhoused neighbors, nursing homes, senior communities, and the veterans’ hospital—ensuring no one is forgotten.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner Gathering—a warm, welcoming table where veterans, unhoused neighbors, and anyone seeking a family setting can share fellowship, comfort, and a true holiday meal together.

The holidays can be lonely or overwhelming—especially for those without family or a safe place to celebrate. This program provides more than food; it creates community. It’s about dignity, connection, and the assurance that you belong.
